Mediro ICT (Pty) Ltd ("Mediro ICT", "we", "us", "our") is committed to compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000) ("PAIA"). PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by public and private bodies, where that information is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.
This page summarises our PAIA manual and explains how to request access to records held by Mediro ICT.

Records held by Mediro ICT
The PAIA manual sets out the categories of records held by Mediro ICT, including those that may be available in terms of other legislation. These typically include:
- Company and statutory records (incorporation, directors, shareholding)
- Financial, tax, and accounting records
- Client and supplier contracts and correspondence
- Human-resources and employee records
- Recruitment records held through Mediro IT Recruit
- Marketing, website, and operational records
Certain records are also available in terms of other legislation, such as the Companies Act, the Income Tax Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
How to request access
A request for access to a record must be made on the prescribed form and submitted to the Information Officer at the address above. The request should:
- Provide sufficient detail to identify the record and the requester
- Identify the right that the requester is seeking to exercise or protect, and explain why the record is required
- Indicate the form of access and the manner in which the requester wishes to be notified
Prescribed request forms and the applicable request and access fees are set out in the regulations to PAIA and in our PAIA manual. The Information Officer will respond within the timeframes prescribed by the Act.
